Hi, I'm Jade
Reflecting back on the incredible journey of the past five years, I am filled with immense gratitude for the growth and experiences I have had since creating my brand, 'JadesGreenKitchen'. Through my work, I have become a proud brand ambassador for the vegan lifestyle, spreading the message of sustainability and ethical eating.
As the former head chef of Forest Green Rovers, the world's only vegan football club, my culinary journey has been filled with incredible opportunities and experiences. Throughout my tenure, I had the privilege of preparing and serving delectable plant-based meals to over 400 individuals, each dish crafted with love, creativity, and a focus on nourishing athletes.
Beyond catering for large groups, I am honoured to have been sought after as a private chef, curating intimate dining experiences for individuals and families who appreciate the artistry of plant-based cuisine. It brings me immense joy to connect with my clients on a personal level, crafting customised menus that not only meet but exceed their expectations.
One of the most memorable highlights of my journey was the chance to appear on esteemed television shows such as 'Eat Well for Less' and 'Jamie & Jimmy's Friday Night Feast' alongside culinary icon Jamie Oliver. Collaborating with Jamie allowed me to showcase the incredible flavours and boundless possibilities of vegan cooking to a wider audience, inspiring others to embrace the vibrant world of plant-based eating.

I am fuelled by an unwavering passion and dedication that has propelled me this far.
