Wild Garlic & Basil Pesto

Our pesto is carefully crafted by blending wild garlic leaves with fragrant basil, toasted pine nuts, garlic, zesty lemon juice, and a hint of nutritional yeast. The result is a harmonious symphony of flavours that will awaken your senses and elevate any dish it accompanies.

Spread it on warm, crusty bread, toss it with al dente pasta, or use it as a flavourful sauce for roasted vegetables. The possibilities are endless! Each spoonful of this Wild Garlic Pesto brings a burst of freshness and depth, transforming even the simplest dish into a culinary masterpiece.

Yield: 1 Cup


  • 60g fresh basil
  • 80g fresh wild garlic
  • 50g spinach
  • 3tbsp toasted pine nuts
  • 2tbsp nutritional yeast
  • Approx 1tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  1. Put a frying pan on a gas stove on a low heat, lightly toast the pine nuts until they are starting to brown - this will release all the delicious flavours of the pine nuts (let them cool before adding to the food processor)
  2. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and whizz until smooth
  3. Season and serve!
