Hey there!

My name is Jade, I am a Vegan Chef & Nutritionist from the UK.

At the heart of my cooking is the philosophy to produce delicious plant-based food that deliver health, vitality and fuels a high-performing life. I believe eating as close to nature as possible, through plant-based whole foods, is the most efficient way to fuel your body.

I am Head Chef at Forest Green Rovers FC, the worlds greenest and only vegan football club. I am responsible for delivering delicious and highly nutritious meals to the players, staff and supporters.

As a certified vegan nutritionist, I am now taking bookings for be-spoke meal plans. Whether your goal is to loose weight, bulk up or just to ensure you are getting all of the correct nutrients, I’m your girl! Please send me an email if you would like a consultation.

At FGR we also cater for large events. The past two years my team and I have catered for the Pride of Cotswold Awards. My team and I also catered for Sunstock – a 700 person capacity festival hosted by Ecotricity.

Through FGR’s community projects, I teach children from local schools how to cook vegan dishes and the benefits of a plant-based diet. I feel very strongly about the health impact processed foods have on our future generations and how it is our job, as role models, to teach them how to eat properly.

Maidenhill School, one of many local schools last year that joined our ‘Fit2Last’ cooking sessions.
Here they have made Vegan Lasagne, Garlic Bread and Salad.

Vegan Cooking Demos

I have ran cooking demos at Vegan Festivals in and around Stroud and also larger festivals and events such as WOMAD and LACA Live. I demonstrate that a vegan diet doesn’t have to be limited and proves that you can thrive on a diet without using animal products, and in fact you can not only sufficiently sustain a healthy lifestyle but you can flourish from absorbing the nutrients from natural, energy-boosting foods.

I have previously been hired as a Personal Chef for events, vegan dinner parties, hen dos, buffets. This is something I absolutely love doing, getting to know all the lovely people and making sure they are receiving only the best service with of course, a huge smile 🙂

I prepared lunch and a three course dinner, while my host Georgie served the drinks and food to the ladies and helped me keep everything running smoothly. They didn’t have to lift a finger, they were so pleased with the food and the service they all took a business card and said they would recommend me to their friends.

I am such a big meat eater but eating your food makes me realise that I don’t need to eat meat so much
